Long Branch Gets “Hot” Coffee Shop
Rook Coffee Roasters Opens in the City -
After 18 months doing business in Oakhurst, Rook Coffee Roasters has opened its second retail store in Long Branch. A ribbon cutting ceremony was held their on August 10. Store hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 3 pm and Saturday and Sunday, 7 am to 2 pm.

The second Rook Coffee Roasters’ store is located in the North facade of the Siperstein’s complex at 700 Joline Avenue in Long Branch, across from the South entrance of Monmouth Park Racetrack. The 650 sq. ft. space is more than double the existing Oakhurst store. “It’s not just a coffee shop. It’s an experience,” says owner Holly Migliaccio.
Siperstein’s co-owner Todd Katz says, “This is the prime location for Rook to open its second store with one of the busiest intersections in Long Branch and very adequate parking for coffee to go.” As an advocate for continued development in Long Branch, Katz is pleased to have a successful young business joining the city. Rook owners Holly Migliaccio and Shawn Kingsley decided to add a second location as part of their targeted growth strategy. “The volume of customers and lines out the door at our Oakhurst store made us realize the time was right,” says Kingsley.

Rook Coffee Roasters has the best coffee and a phenomenal staff. The coffee shop that goes the extra mile. Good luck guys. Can’t go a day without your fuel.
